Why it matters

Signal over noise

Nobody thanks the network. They notice it the morning it stops — when the files will not open, the cameras are blind, and nobody can log in.

The best technology is the kind you never notice. We design, build and operate it, so your business simply runs.

Why C2C Infra

Four reasons teams hand us the stack
01 / Single vendor

One accountable partner

Cabling, network, cloud, support and software under one roof. No finger-pointing between the cabling contractor, the network vendor and the web agency. One team owns the whole stack, and the outcome.

02 / Microsoft-first

Cloud-first by design

We build around Microsoft 365 and Azure, so your identity, devices, email and security work together by default instead of being stitched together later.

03 / Secure and documented

Governance built in

Security baselines, identity policy and device standards ship with every project. So does the documentation — cable records, diagrams and configurations you own and can hand to anyone.

04 / Right-sized

Built for growing teams

Enterprise-grade practice, scaled and priced for startups and growing companies. We build for where you are going, without selling you infrastructure for a headcount you do not have yet.

Scopes of work

Three delivered projects
Server racks threaded with colour-coded network cabling
CASE/001
DMC · Hurghada, Red Sea

Twenty desks, cabled to cloud, delivered as one build

An operations floor for twenty people, taken from bare walls to working systems under a single scope. Copper run to every position and terminated across two patch panels in a wall-mounted 12U rack, so there is a live port where the work actually happens. Access points sized to the floor, with staff and guest traffic kept on separate networks. CCTV across the office. Their Microsoft 365 tenant was built around the way the operations team runs its day — not a default tenant handed over to be lived with — and every laptop and PC went out enrolled in Intune. They have been on an annual support contract with us since handover.

CASE/002
Resort · Marsa Alam, Red Sea

What the resort was actually running, written down in full

A resort rarely has one clean record of its own infrastructure — it has years of additions, each made by whoever was on site that week. Two visits went into establishing what was genuinely installed and how it was performing across the network, the wireless coverage and the CCTV, recorded as found rather than as previously documented. They came away with two things: a detailed account of the current state, and the structure we would build to replace it — standards-based, specific enough to act on, and theirs to keep whoever they decide should carry out the work.

Transportation Service · Marsa Alam, Red Sea

A site they own, a dashboard they run, and search that works

A public site built around the services they actually sell to guests, rather than a template bent to fit them. Behind it, an admin dashboard that keeps the content in their own hands — routine changes do not wait on a developer, which is the difference between a site that stays current and one that ages the week after launch. Search was handled at build time instead of retrofitted: clean structure, correct metadata, and written guidance the team can keep working to as the business grows.

How we work together

Three ways in

Know what you are buying before you commit to it.

Assessment

Start with a free 30-minute call. Remote, no obligation — tell us what you are running and what keeps breaking, and we will tell you where we would look first. The full technical audit is a separate engagement: a site visit, discovery across network, cloud, backup and security, and a written plan with priorities that is yours to keep. Priced on scope.

Project work

Fixed scope, fixed price. Cabling, migrations, CCTV and access control, a network build, a website. Scope and price agreed in writing before anything starts, phased so your team keeps working, and quoted again in writing if the scope genuinely changes.

Managed support

A predictable monthly fee based on your users, devices and sites — so everyday help never arrives as a surprise invoice. Response targets are agreed by priority in your contract and reported against. Projects are quoted separately.

Not sure which one you need? Start with the call — it is the fastest way to find out, and it costs nothing.

Ground truth

The accountable partner

We give growing businesses the technology backbone they deserve — without needing a full internal IT department.

Most growing companies end up with separate vendors for their cabling, their network, their cloud, their support and their website — and pay for it every time those pieces fail to meet.

C2C Infra brings it under one roof. We work with companies, startups and established organisations — offices, retail and F&B, clinics, professional services, developers and hospitality — delivering enterprise-grade practice at a scale that actually fits. Based in Hurghada on the Red Sea, working across Egypt.

Queries

Frequently asked

Questions, answered straight.

No jargon, no runaround, in Arabic or English. If something is not covered here, we are a quick message away.

Ask us directly ↗
?01What size of business do you work with?
From startups setting up their first office to established companies with multiple sites. The work scales: a five-person team needs a tenant configured properly and laptops that work, while a hundred-person company needs that plus segmentation, monitoring and service levels.
?02Is the first conversation free?
The first call always is — 30 minutes, remote, no obligation, and no sales script. A full technical audit is a separate paid engagement: a site visit, discovery across your network, cloud, backup and security, and a written plan with priorities. You own that document and can act on it with us, with your existing supplier, or in-house.
?03Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hurghada on the Red Sea and deliver projects and support across Egypt. Remote support reaches anywhere; for on-site work we agree attendance and response times in your contract before we start.
?04Can you handle both cabling and configuration?
Yes. Passive and active as one project — cabling, containment, terminations and certification, plus the switches, firewalls and wireless that run on top. One team, one accountability line.
?05Will the installation be documented and certified?
Always. Every link is tested and certified, patching is labelled, and you receive cable schedules, network diagrams and device configurations. If you ever replace us, the next engineer can pick it up without guessing.
?06We are a startup. Where should we begin?
With identity and email, because everything else attaches to it. A correctly built Microsoft 365 tenant, MFA from day one, managed devices, and a simple network. Get that right and you can grow for years without rebuilding.
?07Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We audit what is there — licensing, identity, security policy, mailbox and file permissions — then produce a remediation plan with priorities and costs. Cleanup happens in stages so nobody loses access.
?08Do you work with our existing systems and hardware?
Yes. We support what you already own rather than opening with a proposal to replace it. If something genuinely cannot do the job we will say so and price the upgrade — but rip-and-replace is never our starting position.
?09Can you migrate us without major downtime?
Yes. We migrate in planned waves, usually outside business hours, with tested rollback steps so day-to-day work keeps running.
?10What are your support response times?
Response targets are set in your service agreement by priority, with critical issues picked up fastest. We agree the levels with you up front and report against them.
?11Is managed support fixed-price?
Managed support is a predictable monthly fee based on your users, devices and sites, so everyday help never arrives as a surprise invoice. Projects are quoted separately with fixed scope.
?12Do you supply hardware and licences, or only install them?
Both. We specify and source servers, switches, cameras, access control, laptops and licences, handle the warranty when something fails, and keep an asset register so you know what you own.
?13Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Helpdesk, training, documentation and reporting are available in Arabic and English.
?14Will we own our website and its code?
Yes. You own the source code, the content and the domain. We can host and maintain everything or hand it all over — your choice.
?15Can you support remote and hybrid staff?
Yes. With a cloud-first Microsoft setup we support people wherever they work, on company or approved personal devices, with policy enforced through Intune.
